LVNV Funding, LLC v. Client
LVNV Funding, LLC sued our client for close to $10,000 in the Superior Court of Connecticut in Bridgeport. Attorney Woods successfully negotiated a settlement for approximately 25% of the balance owed, saving the client 75% and avoiding a Judgment.
