CHASE BANK V. CLIENT
Chase Bank sued client in the Superior Court of Connecticut in Bridgeport for damages in excess of $25,000 as a result of client's alleged default on two Chase credit cards. Client retained The Woods Law Firm, LLC. We aggressively defended client and were able to negotiate a settlement on both accounts, resulting in client only paying Chase 40% of the balance purportedly owed.
